We were more than happy with our stay at this delightful villa.

The house is set in a small, quiet and well maintained residential development, only minutes from a good size Publix, petrol station and pharmacy and a couple of miles from the I4 which gives quick access to all the major theme parks.

The property itself is just as shown in the photos; spotlessly clean and well maintained with all modern amenities. Plenty of room for a family of 4 but would be squeeze for any more than 5/6 people.

The pool area backs onto a main road, so there is occasional traffic noise when relaxing round the pool, but this is a minor quibble.

We would definitely book to stay here again in the future.

We had a fabulous time in this beautiful home. The villas was spacious, clean and well equipped. The pool was lovely and the kids enjoyed playing with the pool toys and spent hours in it! The thing that sets the villa apart is its fantastic location, minutes from the I4 interstate but not within hearing distance of the traffic. It was so quick and easy to find all of the parks and even a trip to Busch Gardens near Tampa didn't feel like it was too far as the villa is on the south side of Orlando. The estate felt well established, well populated and safe and was convenient for the Publix for shopping. The rates were very reasonable too! Thank you for a lovely holiday - we will be back!

My extended family and I have just returned home from this beautiful villa. We were delighted to stay here as it had even more facilities/equipment than had been described and it was obvious that the owner really had tried to think of everything that the holiday maker would need!
The villa itself was very clean and was well maintained and it was lovely to return to it and its pool/spa after a long hot day at the parks!
The parks, especially Disney, were very close by and we found that many other facilities were within a very short driving distance - supermarket, take aways, restaurants etc\
When we return to Orlando we will definately stay here again and I would not hesitate to recommend it to anyone!

Recommended for: Age 55+, Tourists without a Car, Sightseeing, Families with Young Children

The villa was just perfect! It was very spacious and although our group was formed by 8 people altogether (four adults and four children), we didn`t have any problem of accommodation. Everybody was very comfortable. The house is also well-located and all of tVery nice vacation rental

We had a great time in this property. The house was very clean and very well maintained. The front closet door was off the track and the kids' Mickey room was missing a lampshade, but those were the only issues, and very minor issues at that. Outside of oven mitts, the kitchen had everything we needed. The pool was great, and there were tons of pool toys for the kids. Cable TV in every bedroom was great too!

After busy days of tramping through Disney, Universal etc, it was nice to return to this comfortable house to relax.

You raised a number of very minor problems with the villa and I am pleased to say that closet door has been repaired, the lamp shade has been replaced, and oven mitts have been purchased.

This was my 15th time in Florida, the villa was so well situated to everywhere as the I4 interstate is just minutes away that it left travelling a pleasure. The house caters well for a family or group the rooms are comfortable and the house feels like home from home, the pool is a great recreation feature after a hard day shopping or Theme Parking. The kitchen is well equipped and with a Publix supermarket two minutes left us eating breakfast every morning at the house. We had a 4 month old baby with us and found a brand new baby cot supplied and also a stroller,bugy and high chair. I could write more but dont want to bore you, Basically the house is A1, well worth staying in and the prices are very reasonable. Try it.

My family had a wonderful time at this villa. Everything in the description was true to word and exceeded our expectations. The location was so close to Disney and all the attractions which made our trip more convientent. We were very realxed once we realised that all pool access doors had a child proof alarm which kept my kids safe from wandering. The owner and management company were very accessible and accomadated ALL our needs. A+++++
