Our home is on the Lake Wilson Preserve, an exclusive development of Mediterranean style homes built in 2005. We are located only a few miles from junction 58 of the I4, giving fast and easy access from all airports - Orlando International (28 miles), Sanford (51 miles) and Tampa (72 miles). We are only minutes away from all the major theme parks - Disney World (10 mins), Sea World (15 mins), Universal (20 mins). If you are a keen golfer then the Champions Gate and Reunion resorts are world class courses right on your doorstep, and there are many others within a short drive. There are some fantastic beaches little more than an hour away, try the Atlantic coast if you are into surfing or the Gulf coast for white sandy beaches. Local amenities are only 2 minutes away, a large supermarket , pharmacy, gas station, bank, takeaway pizza and chinese. 10 minutes further along the US192, Kissimmee offers a range of restaurants and nightlife to suit all tastes.

My family had a wonderful time at this villa. Everything in the description was true to word and exceeded our expectations. The location was so close to Disney and all the attractions which made our trip more convientent. We were very realxed once we realised that all pool access doors had a child proof alarm which kept my kids safe from wandering. The owner and management company were very accessible and accomadated ALL our needs. A+++++

We had a fabulous time in this beautiful home. The villas was spacious, clean and well equipped. The pool was lovely and the kids enjoyed playing with the pool toys and spent hours in it! The thing that sets the villa apart is its fantastic location, minutes from the I4 interstate but not within hearing distance of the traffic. It was so quick and easy to find all of the parks and even a trip to Busch Gardens near Tampa didn't feel like it was too far as the villa is on the south side of Orlando. The estate felt well established, well populated and safe and was convenient for the Publix for shopping. The rates were very reasonable too! Thank you for a lovely holiday - we will be back!
